Refunds & Replacements

1. General Policy
  • Genius Nutrition B2B operates on a wholesale-only model, therefore refunds and replacements are limited and subject to strict conditions.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be issued in cases of:

    Confirmed manufacturing defects, or

    Order fulfillment errors (wrong product or quantity).

  • Genius Nutrition is not responsible for damages that occur during transportation or delivery. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.

2. Notification of Issues
  • Customers must notify Genius Nutrition in writing within 7 working days of delivery if any product is defective or incorrect.

  • Notifications must include:

    Order number and invoice,

    Batch/lot number of the product,

    Photo or video evidence of the defect.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • Products are returned in their original, unopened packaging (unless defect confirmed at production).

  • Products have been stored correctly and not exposed to improper conditions (heat, humidity, contamination).

  • The issue is confirmed by Genius Nutrition’s quality control team.

Non-eligible situations:

  • Delivery damages caused by couriers or shipping agents.

  • Products opened, used, or with tampered packaging.

  • Products damaged due to Customer’s improper handling or storage.

  • Claims made after the 7-day period from receipt.

4. Return Authorization
  • No products may be returned without prior written authorization from Genius Nutrition.

  • Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

5. Process of Refunds & Replacements
  • Once a claim is approved:

    Genius Nutrition may offer a replacement shipment, or

    Issue a credit note or refund for the value of the defective products (at our discretion).

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

6. Shipping Costs
  • For approved claims (manufacturing defect or fulfillment error), return shipping costs are covered by Genius Nutrition.

  • For all other cases, including delivery damages, the Customer is fully responsible for shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Genius Nutrition’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the products returned, replaced, or refunded.

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits, resale delays, or third-party logistic issues.
